Own air fryer, jug toaster , Hotplate , fridge provided.

Bus to Wintec outside and bus to uni at the end of the street (5 min walk)

The toilet, shower inside main house. Bonus of own space and privacy.

I’ve allowed for fair power but if using too much need to add extra. Bills (power and internet) included

Will need to be working/studying.

Five cross roads is only a ten minutes walk down the road, and bus stop out front to town

Workers and students. Need someone respectful of space , quiet and tidy and clean who puts out rubbish.
