I have recently purchased a cosy home and am looking for 2 friendly, tidy females to join me - mid 20’s to mid 30’s (I am 29). The house has 2 spare rooms available with the larger room being $210/week and the smaller room $200/week. There is also lots of storage beneath the house. About the house: A shared bathroom Off-street parking A separate office if you need to work from home or have friends over to stay Close to Caversham shops and only a 5-minute drive to South Dunedin supermarkets

Currently it will be living with me until both rooms are filled. I am originally from Dunedin and work in HR (although I promise I’m not boring). I am friendly and enjoy a good chat, but also love my own space, watching tv, and heading to the gym. I work full time and like to be clean and tidy.
