The flat is really central to cafes, pubs and shops in the Port village and the bus stop into Uni/Poly and Dunedin city centre is a 2 min walk away (roughly 20 mins bus ride or a 10 minute car journey).

There is off street parking for 2 cars and plenty of on street parking right outside. Washing machine and dryer in bathroom. There is a deck and garden at the back with a view, the garden is small and planted which is easy to maintain. A small garden shed is available for outdoor gear. The flat is fully furnished but no bed or storage other than the inbuilt wardrobe in the bedroom. Bills not included.

There will be one mature female flatmate remaining. We are looking to replace the departing female flatmate asap and the lease for the whole flat finishes July 2026, with an option to extend. Applications through property manager link.
