Double glazed 2 storey house with lots of natural light and views of greenery. Views of horses over the back fence. Fully fenced/ dog friendly as long as they are well behaved and get on with my 5yo female golden retriever. Modern interior, x1 shared bathroom with shower and bath, x1 separate toilet. Quiet street in walking distance to main st of Outram. x1 medium size bedroom to rent upstairs.

Owner is 28yo female professional who commutes to Dunedin, occasionally works from home. Tidy, respectful and active. Other flatmate is male is early 20’s. We are looking for an easy going individual to join the house.
