THE ROOM: This room is very big and considered a lounge room. It has space for a bed, bedroom furniture, a lounge area with a small couch, wall mounted TV, coffee table and a study desk! If you are wanting your very own private space, this is the room for you.
THE HOUSE: Me, my partner and my 2 cats occupy the master room which is located on the first floor where the kitchen, 2x dining areas, main lounge, powder room and laundry are located.
My kitchen is nice and roomy which can accommodate everyone at meal times. I also have a separate pantry and fridge, for extra food storage.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, my office, the extra large room (available) and a generous sized bathroom with separate toilet.
RENT / BOND: Rent is $290 per week including reasonable bills* - power, gas, wifi, shared cleaning supplies (rubbish bags and cleaning products). Security deposit/bond - $550
