  • Close to Ranui Train Station for an easy commute to Auckland CBD. Nearby shops, cafes, and community amenities. Ranui Domain and Ranui Farm Park for walking, biking, and outdoor activities. Quiet, safe neighborhood with parks and local facilities within walking distance.

Affordable share of rent $200. All utility bills are split equally among all flatmates—including power, water, and internet. Available from 18/10/25.
