This modern flat features bright open spaces with plenty of natural light and warm wooden finishes throughout. The living area flows seamlessly into a well-equipped kitchen with quality appliances and ample storage. The bedroom is spacious and quiet, offering a comfortable retreat, while the bathroom has sleek contemporary fittings. Large windows provide excellent ventilation and city views. Conveniently located near cafes, shops, and transport links, the flat combines comfort, style, and practicality in a vibrant neighbourhood.
The remaining flatmate is a 21-year-old male student who’s friendly, tidy, and easygoing. He keeps a good balance between study and social life, often spending time at university or relaxing at home. He’s respectful of shared spaces, keeps things clean, and enjoys occasional chats or movie nights but also values privacy. He’s used to a calm, comfortable living environment and would suit someone with a similar lifestyle who appreciates a relaxed, considerate flatmate dynamic.
