Negotiable if you don’t have a car. Couples welcome however the rent will be slightly higher.

I’m an artist and working professional who likes a chill space. I love my studio (that’s mostly where I’ll be), good food, and the occasional creative project spread across the table (no paint explosions promise). Looking for someone respectful, reliable, who’s happy to share a relaxed, friendly environment with me and Marble the cat. He is also very tidy, and hypoallergenic and very friendly towards people, but other pets may be an issue.
