I have 1 bedroom available. Single female preferred. I am looking for a flatmate to share the house with me (although I actally live elsewhere, so I am only there a bit to work and stay sometimes) and my current flatmate - a woman in her 20s. We are both fairly quiet and my flatmate studies a lot, so another quietish person would be great.

Bedroom 2 is currently available - it’s the room with the Turkish look. Totally furnished room and house. It is small but has a sliding door out to the deck area. Just bring your suitcase. Colourful creative, art filled house with a vege garden and bush outside. It’s peaceful and near the No. 2 bus route which has very regular buses to and from the city.

$30 per week fixed cost includes electricity and internet. I don’t require a formal lease - you can stay a couple of months if that’s all you need. I just like people that are straight communicators 😁

I am a classical musician, love other cultures, boats, cats and a good chat/debate 🤣
