I will have 1 bedroom available around December. 1, when one tenant will be moving. I’m looking for a single female, although a couple could be considered. You would be sharing with one other female tenant in her early 20s. I live elsewhere, and am only there a bit to work in the cabin in the backyard, and I do outdoor/gardening with around the house. I am looking for someone who wants a calm environment , my other tenant studies a lot, so another person who likes a calm, quiet home would be great.

Bedroom 2 is currently available - it’s the room with the Turkish look but it has a single bed in it now and bedroom storage furniture. I’ll get a more recent photo when I can. The room and house are totally furnished and you are welcome to use everything. The room is small but has a sliding door out to the deck area and a lovely outlook. Just bring your suitcase. Colourful creative, art filled house with a vege garden and bush outside. It’s peaceful and near the No. 2 bus route which has very regular buses to and from the city.

Cost includes electricity and internet. NO FORMAL LEASE required. I am fine if you only need to stay a couple of months or if you need longer that’s fine too. I just like people that are straight communicators 😁
