Sleep out room comes available for rent. We are looking for single professional working full time, preferably female, who pays rent on time,tidy and clean. Rent is $225/week, includes reasonable and fair use of power ,internet and water. Bond deposit $450 Advance rent $225 Room is furnished comes with a double bed, a double wardrobe, a 32”tv, a wall heater, a bread toaster and a kettle. Shared kitchen, toilet and bathroom in the main house. Washing machine is in the garage and outside washing lines is provided. Please provide references.

You will be living with a 60’s couple (homeowners) our daughter and two small dogs.
