I’m looking for one flatmate or a couple to join me in a three-storey new build in New Lynn!

The room: One bedroom available on 2nd floor. Room is fully furnished with a queen bed and desk. Large built-in wardrobe.

There’s plenty of street parking right outside the house.

The area:

  • 8 mins walk to bus stop/New Lynn Train Station
  • 15 min walk/5 min drive to Lynnmall, several supermarkets, Les Mills (500metres away) and other gyms, etc.
  • Safe and quiet neighbourhood
  • Plenty of funky cafes and restaurants nearby all walking distance

Single $220 pw + expenses Couple $300 pw + expenses Available from Tuesday, 28th March2026.

Expenses: average $25-$30/week, including reasonable use of power, gas, water, unlimited fibre internet.

Ideal flatmates: Fulltime workers or students, Pays on Time, clean, tidy and quiet.

Smokers OK(as long as outdoor).
