I’m looking for one flatmate or a couple to join me in a three-storey new build in New Lynn!

The room: One bedroom available on 2nd floor. Room is fully furnished with a queen bed and desk. Large built-in wardrobe.

There’s plenty of street parking right outside the house.

The area:

• 8 mins walk to bus stop/New Lynn Train Station
• 15 min walk/5 min drive to Lynnmall, several supermarkets, Les Mills (500metres away) and other gyms, etc.

Single $220 pw + expenses Couple $300 pw + expenses

Expenses: average $25-$30/week, including reasonable use of power, gas, water, unlimited fibre internet.

Ideal flatmates: Fulltime workers or students, Pays on Time, clean, tidy and quiet.

I’m the homeowner, a female working professional in my late thirties who lives on-site. The other two occupied bedrooms are rented by two male students. We’re all easygoing, respectful and mindful of shared living space.

I’m after someone with a similar routine to mine: we hope the house stays nice and quiet between 10:30 pm – 6:00 am. Bonus dream checklist: no loud snoring, as this bedroom is right next door to mine, and minimal midnight bathroom trips. Let’s all get our good night’s sleep without unexpected night-time disruptions🙂

We have a friendly miniature Bichon Frise living at home. Applicants must be animal-friendly and happy to live with a small dog.
