About the room

Hello We have a room coming available 1st January 2026. . We have a large new 4-year-old home that overlooks the lake and mountains that surround Queenstown, Central to all areas. There is a double bedroom (linen supplied) and a lounge. Outside the lounge goes onto a nice lawn area. Upstairs is a very nice kitchen area. The rental is $550.00 per week until July 1st 2026 - increase to $600.00 per week (cover winter extra power costs) There are No other costs. This includes power & Wi-fi. If you are in Queenstown, we can arrange a viewing if you wish. You may contact me (Dianne) on Phone Messenger or WhatsApp, and I can forward some photos to you.
