We have a comfortable downstairs room available for rent in a lovely, peaceful area. The room is located on the lower level of our home, with a toilet conveniently available downstairs and a shared bathroom upstairs.

A cooking element and fridge are provided in the garage, which has been thoughtfully set up as a small kitchenette area.

Our home is situated in a beautiful setting — right outside, there’s a walk bridge with stunning views of nature and the surrounding mountains. You can also relax on the balcony while enjoying your morning coffee or tea.

The location is very convenient — close to a laundry, pharmacy, takeaway shops, and WestCity shopping centre. Public transport is easily accessible, with both the bus stop and train station nearby. The area is also within short distance of the wine valley, kiwi farm, and many other attractions.

We are a family of four—a working couple with two lovely children who attend school and daycare. I am a full-time social worker, and my husband also works full time.
