Hi there - We are looking for short-term tenants, staying up to 12 months.
Currently, we have a single room (with built-in wardrobe) available for rent. The room can be provided unfurnished or furnished at no additional cost (bed, bedding, drawers, night stand, clothing hangers, towels + face cloths). Please let me know if you would like any of these.
Rent is $200 / week and includes Power, Internet, and household sundry items we share (Kitchen basics (milk, butter, salt n pep, condiments/sauces, etc) Laundry Powder, Toothpaste, Toilet Rolls etc.).
We are located in a safe and quiet area of Akina, Hastings (behind Hastings Boys High School); only a 5 min drive / 20 min walk into the CBD. We are an established flat with an open plan Lounge/Kitchen/Dining Room that opens onto a tiny (but private) deck. We are on a back section and can provide off-street parking.

You’ll be living with two siblings (both mid-30s) who co-own the home; 1 man who works in a Vineyard, and 1 woman who works in software support.
We typically keep to ourselves; however, do enjoy socialising over drinks/meals, co-op gaming, or pub quizzing. We have a Piano for any muso’s and a TV + Xbox in the Lounge, and a dart board + Table Tennis setup in the Garage 🏓
We already have a solitary cat on the property, so we are currently unable to accommodate other pets.
