About the room
?I am looking for three friendly, tidy, and reliable flatmates to join me in my large, comfortable home in a prime Onehunga location. The house has plenty of space, ensuring you’ll never feel cramped or on top of one another! ? ?The base rent is $300 per room, per week plus a shared contribution towards power costs. Unlimited Internet is included at no extra cost. A 4-week bond and 2 weeks rent in advance will be required to secure the room. ?I am primarily seeking single occupants for all rooms. I am willing to discuss applications from couples for an additional cost, depending on the room. ?The house is exceptionally large, offering plenty of room to relax and have space to yourself. ?Atmosphere: This is a quiet, settled home—definitely not a party house. ?Shared Areas: Large communal lounge, spacious kitchen with two fridges (plenty of food storage!), and an outdoor courtyard for relaxing. ?Location: Onehunga. ?Excellent transport links: Easy access to SH1 motorways (north and south). ?5-minute walk to Dress-Smart and local shops/cafés. ?Close proximity to a supermarket for daily convenience. ?10-minute walk to the train station (trains run every half hour). ?Room Options (Three Rooms Available) ?I have three separate bedrooms available with varying features:
2 bedrooms will have a queen bed provided 1 room will need to provide their own bed 2 of the 3 rooms. Will have onsite parking. The third will need to park on the street 1 room. Will get a bathroom to themselves 2 rooms will share a bathroom
About You & House Rules ?Animal Lovers Only: You must be an animal lover, as I have two friendly dogs and my cats here. ?No Additional Pets: ?Key Dates & Next Steps ?Possession Date: I take possession of the house on November 7th. ?Viewings will commence from November 16th. ?If you are interested in one of these rooms, please get in touch to tell me a little about yourself, and I can schedule a viewing time!
