About the room

It’s a studio apartment , sunny and airy. Very near to Britomart station and all shops. 9 minutes walk to Auckland University. Can be shared by 2 persons ( couple, siblings) . 1 person $350, 2 person $500. Furnished with a sofa bed, pillows, duvet, bedsheet, fan, cupboard, TV with remote, study table and chair. Kitchen has microwave, oven, double cooktop, electric kettle, toaster, and cooking utensils and plates and cutlery. There is a washing machine and dryer for use (using coins) on the ground floor.
