Can be shared by 2 persons ( couple, siblings) . 1 person $400, 2 person $600. Furnished with a double bed, pillows, duvet, bedsheet, fan, cupboard, TV with remote, study table and chair. Kitchen has microwave, oven, double cooktop, electric kettle, toaster, and cooking utensils and plates and cutlery. There is a washing machine and dryer for use (using coins) on the ground floor.

As of now, a single person is renting the apartment. She is here till the end of August.
