About the room
Self contained apartment available to rent, bottom floor of large home located on a rear section. Very private, quite location. Has large bedroom, separate kitchen and dining and bathroom. There is also a garage available if needed.
The apartment is completely separate from the top floor of the main home (used only by myself some weekends) Rent includes fair use of power and internet.
Pets can be negotiated, but unfortunately no dogs as the property is not fenced.

About the roomies
Private person of quiet living habits (the neighbours are elderly so this is not a party house). Working, honest and reliable. If you like gardens there is room to potter and create your own vegetable garden if you like.
Must be ok with me staying at the property once a fortnight (weekends only) but not in your space, in completely separate self contained floor. You will essentially have your place to yourself.
Hopefully happy to feed the fish :-)
