About the room

I’m looking for a friendly, easy going female flatmate (late 20s to 40s) to share my warm and cosy, sunny 2 bedroom house.

The double room has a built in double wardrobe and gets all day sun.

Power and internet (unlimited data) split by 2 monthly. Averages about $30 each per week, bit more in winter.

Room can be furnished with a double bed, drawers and bedside table if needed. Rent for furnished room $210/week.

Walking distance to Waikato Uni, shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, town & the Hamilton Gardens.

No couples, smokers, vapers or dogs sorry.
