Room for rent, newly acquired property, basic furniture in house (fridge, stove/oven, couch, washing machine, etc), room is unfinished, you will need to supply all your own items for the room (including the bed). The house I still getting set up with the rest of everyday items. There is no negotiating any cats or dogs on the property, that is a firm no. The move in date isn’t set yet.

About the roomies

We are not living in the house full time. Some nights we stay, most we don’t, we plan on changing that. Though my partner is there everyday for his lunch breaks and I join him when I am not working. We are a couple, 31 year old male who works as a dairy farmer and 27 year old female who is a registered nurse (I works in Auckland, so I’m not there all the time).
