ABOUT THE ROOM ⦁ Fully insulated and double glazed. ⦁ Infinite gas for hot water and cooking. ⦁ The room is unfurnished, spacious and has its own built-in wardrobe. It can fit a double/queen bed, office desks + chairs, and bookshelves. The person staying here will share the main bathroom (a large shower and a bath)

TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING SPACE ⦁ 10 to 15 minutes walk to either Porirua Station and Kenepuru Station. The train only takes about 20 minutes to Wellington Station. ⦁ 5 minutes walk to Kenepuru Hospital ⦁ 10 - 15 minutes walk to North City Shopping Centre ⦁ Bus Stop is right in front of the main road of the house (bus number 60/60e), that can go to Johnsonville, Tawa, Wellington City and to Whitireia and WelTec Porirua campus. ⦁ There is plenty of off-street parking spaces around the place. We also have a driveway at the back of the house, which means you can park there as well.

RENT ⦁ Rent is $225 per week ⦁ Bond is 3 weeks rent ($675). ⦁ Living expenses (power, internet, gas, cleaning/laundry products and rubbish) currently is around $35pw per person.

About the roomies

Current flatmates are 2 females in their 20s and early 30s, all working professional. We are easy-going, friendly, respectful and tidy. We are always keen for a good yarn but also respect downtime and keep it to ourselves.
