About the room

The house is a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom place with both off-street and on-street parking. It’s been recently double-glazed, making it nice and warm, and has an overall chill, relaxed vibe. You’d be living with me (26, working professional) and my childhood cat, who’s very friendly. The room is unfurnished, and rent is $200 per week, with two weeks’ rent in advance. Power and internet are split at the end of each month. The rest of the house is fully furnished with everything you might need (and a few extras!). Less than 5 min walk to the nearest bus stop that can take you straight into the cbd. There are 2 rooms availble.

About the roomies

I am a female in my mid 20s and work full time mon - fri. Additionally my furry friend tequla lives in the home and he is very friendly. Outside of work I I enjoy tramping, being out in nature, and going to live music events. I’m also up for the occasional social night.
