The Details: 📍 Location: Flockton Street, St Albans 💰 Rent: $235/week ✅ Includes: Power, Wi-Fi, household cleaning supplies & toilet paper ⚡️Note: If power goes up in winter, we split the extra cost 💵 Bond: $690 - can be negotiated if need be. 📅 Move-in: December or new year. We’re Looking For: Female. Working full-time / Study & Working.
