About the room

New home with a massive yard, and heaps of off street parking for a boat, caravan, cars etc. Must love dogs as I have two. In a quiet cul-de-sac, and lots of places to go for a walk or a swim as we are beside the waimac river so a 5 minute walk. You will be sharing the home with the owner 35 year old male. There is room for a caravan or two that can hook up to the power and live in also if someone needs that.

Must be clean and tidy and working and like dogs, smokers ok but will have to smoke outside.
