Sunny room in three person houseshare, Hataitai. Available for either taking over the tenancy for a year, or can discuss a potential subletting for 2.5 months (until tenancy ends early February). Looking for a female flattie, as I am going travelling and staying with family in the UK for a month.

Would be looking to start from late November/early December. Rent is $280 a week. In a new build house with double glazing, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Can come with the double bed frame and potentially a mattress too if needed. Hard wood floor with lovely windows which get the sun really nicely in the day. The house has a lovely deck which gets the sun all day until about 4pm.

Lovely area of Hataitai near Kilbirnie, overlooking Lyall Bay and across Evans Bay. Close to bus stops, Hataitai Village, as well as Kilbirnie shopping area including Pak N Save. You can drive or get the bus to the centre in 10 minutes.

The landlord is super responsive and great, regularly maintains the area and any issues (haven’t been many!) are sorted super quickly!

You’d be living with two women, 30 and 28. LGBT+ friendly and inclusive. Both housemates are friendly people who like to socialise, but not big party people, so it’s a relaxed and calm vibe.

You would also be living with a very sweet cat, Ziggy. So if you’re allergic to cats, or just not a fan of them, this is not the one for you!
