House is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, very close to the village. The house is spacious, has a large kitchen, and an excellent shower! There is plenty of outdoor space, a double garage with lots of storage space, and off-street parking. The room gets plenty of sun, and has a good sized wardrobe. Fair use of power, full-speed unlimited fibre broadband, cleaning products & consumables are included (just provide your own food and toiletries). You will have your own fridge/freezer in the kitchen. Must be cat friendly! 😊
About the roomies
I am 44yrs old and have a 15yr old son. I work full-time, working from home. I enjoy reading, cricket and spending time with our three cats. My son is into gaming, volleyball, music and science. We are an easy going and peaceful household and are looking for a tidy, respectful and considerate person to share our home.
