Street parking. Fibre internet included. No smokers or drug users. Can offer fully furnished or unfurnished. Prefer shorter term - travelers or students, or full time employed. Couples could be considered, short term only. Large well-equipped kitchen. Cosy lounge with wood burner. Lyttelton is a vibrant village with weekly farmer’s market, bars, cafes, restaurants, music venues but only 15 minutes from the city centre, 5 minutes to swimming beach. Bus to city (10 mins walk) via Ara takes about 30 minutes.

You would share our home with a 1 older and 1 younger adult family and two lively friendly little dogs. We value peace and quiet and harmony. One of us works part-time very limited hours from home and when working would need quiet in the adjacent lounge. Plenty of space to hang out in your room or the large dining kitchen while work is in progress.
