Beautiful family home situated among the bush with views to Rangitoto and birdsong galore. Living with myself a professional and 2 other a students you will be clean, tidy, respectful of shared spaces and house proud as we are. Please note bills are split 4 ways or roughly $25/wk Please feel free to enquire or make a viewing time. Can provide double bed if required.2 weeks in advance 1 week upfront please.

Myself working professional and Pearl has the almost exclusive private master bedroom and main bathroom, so Rumpus down stairs or double room upstairs available to rent. Again only clean and tidy people please apply that know how to keep a kitchen,bathroom and shared spaces hygienic for the next person.
