Private room in Riccarton, originally set up for Airbnb. Furnished with a queen size bed and a massive TV. Located just 10 min walk from the city centre, close to a few bus stops and right in Hagley Park South. A couple would be preferable ($360) but could also adjust to one female($300). All expenses included. The house has a lovely backyard, spacious garage and a bbq area and parking for one vehicle right out the door. Ideal for someone looking for an easy commute to the CBD or CHH hospital.

You’ll be flatting with 2 working professionals, myself, a female, mid-thirties and a young man in his mid-twenties. We are super respectful of each other schedules, clean, tidy and organised with upkeep of the entire place. Not a party flat, but we do enjoy the occasional chat in the common areas.
