Looking for an awesome new flattie for a beautiful sunny flat with views over Ngaio and native bush!
Your new home is in Ngaio, with floor to ceiling bush-facing windows that the sun streams in all morning. The indoor cats absolutely love basking in the rays, watching tui all day. The house is quiet, very few traffic sounds and we get native birds around every day. Fairly close to public transport, although a vehicle is best for wet weather. You can walk home in 10 mins through native bush from the train station!
Rent: $251.25 including expenses Ideal move in date: mid June
NOTE: we have another larger room available in July!
The flat has 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges, 4 bedrooms. Three current tenants plus two cats.
