One flatmate wanted for room in 3 bedroom townhouse, just off Brougham St. Upstairs room, gets a lot of morning sun, with good views of the Port Hills. Will be sharing upstairs bathroom with 1 other flatmate. Room has a large built in wardrobe. I will be leaving the bed and table behind when I leave, more than happy to pass this along at no extra cost, otherwise I will arrange for these to be removed. The mattress is a bit old and may need to be replaced.

House is fully furnished. Garage is available for storage/parking - details to be negotiated with other tenants. Otherwise plenty of on street parks in a relatively safe area (we haven’t had any issues).

One of the tenants also has a cat. No other pets allowed sorry.

Rent is $205 not including utilities which are split at the end of the month equally between 3 people. Bond is $750. Move in date is relatively flexible - will be sometime in early January.

Will be living with 2 other male flatmates in their late 20s/early 30s who are both working professionals and very chill. Ideally, looking for someone similar - student or working professional - but overall just someone who is responsible, polite and pays rent on time.
