Older style home but kept clean and tidy. Located in greerton , in a quiet cul de sac, everything is a hop skip and a jump away… pools, library, restaraunts, gyms, bus stops etc. Medium size room, good size wardrobe. Can provide a single bed and bedside table if needed. I will not ask for a bond but you will need to pay in advance, so pay your weeks board prior to move in, this will include internet, power and water. Everything you could need is here.. storage space in garage within reason if needed.

Myself 35 female and 12 year old daughter, we have a 3 year old poochon and 8 year old cat so must like animals, i dont smoke, vape or drink generally. Prefer non smoker/vaper. Happy for you to bring a cat or kitten if you think it would cope with the other animals. Lovely warm neighborhood. Looking for full time working female only , sorry this is to keep my daughter comfortable.
