Sunny, double room with built in wardrobe available in early April. You will only share the bathroom (heated towel rail & undertile) with occasional guests. The bedrooms are on opposite sides on the house from each other so peaceful and private.

Fully furnished so all you need is your bedroom furniture (I can supply a bed and linen if necessary but rent would increase to $235) Located in The Clearings subdivision Amberley Children visiting is fine No pets at this stage as my dog is old and arthritic and no longer wants to be friends with other 4 legged animals. Price is for power and fibre internet gas cooking/hotwater.

Share with female and super friendly older dog. I am friendly, easy going independent and pretty quiet. The house is brand new so I like to keep that new sparkle and shine.
