Private house tucked on quiet lane with off street parking in. Couple minutes to local shops, Saturday farmers market, 5km to Amberley beach.

Sunny (afternoon sun) double room with built in wardrobe currently unfurnished but can be furnished . You will only share the bathroom with occasional guests.

Open plan with Large kitchen (dishwasher, gas cooktop, plumbed ice/water), ducted heating, instant hot water, off street parking, fully fenced largish yard.

No pets at this stage as I have a 5 month old puppy.

Must be working full time, clean, tidy respectful of shared spaces and not have body odour issues .
Clean = cleaning weekly including dusting, vacuuming and wiping down the surfaces in the bathroom. Using a squeegee on the shower glass after use (Amberley is a hardwater area). Wiping up after yourself when using the kitchen without scratching the cooktop or missing food splatters. Being considerate that other people use items that need to be hand washed as the dishwasher isn’t run every day with only 2 people’s dishes.

Price is for power and internet gas cooking/hotwater, within reason does not include charging a EV

Share with female and puppy. I am friendly, easy going independent and pretty quiet. The house is brand new so I like to keep that new sparkle and shine.
