This will be essentially your bathroom as not used much by me only when guests are over - has shower and bath. Glenbrook beach near by and shops are only 5 min walk. The house gets lots of sun as north facing with large sliding doors opening onto the two decks for awesome indoor outdoor flow. The house is fully furnished, your welcome to bring your own bed etc if want to. available for short term or long term.

Hey im Karl, im 36, its just me and the animals here. Pretty chilled lifestyle, I work from home, its nice and quiet out here and if you enjoy the beaches and nature its a good spot. My spare rooms not being used so keen to rent out for either long or short term stays. I have a 2 y.o. border collie and a cat here and other pets can be considered.
