Sunny double room located upstairs in a two-storey, 3 bedroom house which we have just moved into ourselves.

– Bed room is currently not furnished however has a large double wardrobe. – Rest of the house is fully furnished including a heat pump, unlimited fibre, backyard & deck. – 3-minute walk to the Countdown & New Brighton shops, 5-minute walk to the beach and close to the New Brighton hot pools 😊

Ideally we are looking for a short-term stay (3–6 months, however we can be flexible with this). Room will be available by the end of next week.

Hey. We’re two Scottish lads - Gavin (38) and Connor (30) – who have been living in NZ for years now. We both work full-time (out of the house most of the day). Gavin’s wee boy stays some weekends so it is a pretty chilled and tidy environment. Definitely open to the occasional bbq and beers but we generally live quiet lifestyles.
