Is only lightly furnished. Contains a bed, drawers and closet and some shelves. The property itself is large with a spacious backyard containing fruit trees such as lemon, fejoa, avocado and an attempted vegetable garden with tomatoes, basil, chives and space for more. The house is a revamped old house, containing high ceilings and lots of windows keeping the house light even in winter. The room itself is large enough for a bed, desk, set of drawers as well as already providing built in wardrobe. New curtains, carpet and paint ready for somebody new. Previous owner did not smoke/vape, own any pets etc. Animals like cats, or smaller animals can be discussed!

I (Bianca, 19) am a student at the University of Waikato studying Psychology and Criminology. I enjoy a night out every once in a while but remain pretty relaxed studying or working. I do not live in the house but on the property so you won’t see me very often. Dipesh (18 yr old, male) also lives with us. First year uni student studying sports and movement. Is out a lot either working or studying but is down for a chat when he has a moment. Athena (Ragdoll cat) and Oscar (King charles dog) are our resident friendly pets, who stay in the unit separate from the house but always love a cuddle if your around!
