About the room

The room can be furnished or unfurnished with a bed and it has good afternoon sunlight. Fully stocked kitchen with so many appliances and the lounge has a fireplace for winter. We’re on a quiet street with lots of green space around and mostly retirees or young families. 15 min drive to New Brighton and Sumner with the hotpools and lots of shops around.

About the roomies

Quiet working flatmates in their 20s/30s. We keep pretty busy so not really a party flat but we do BBQs every now and again. There is also a vege garden out back if you have a green thumb as well as a hard-working lemon tree!
