• ( A choice of a large room $220 or the smaller room).
• Unlimited fibre internet, power and Netflix/Bills included. *Shared bathroom and kitchen. (Double bed in smaller room and super king bed in larger room, can be unfurnished if you prefer) *The location is close to all amenities and state highway one.
• Off road parking on property.
• A bus service picks up nearby. Within walking distance to Pak n Save etc.

*You will be sharing a town house with two others.

• The other roommate’s are friendly but prefer to keep themselves to themselves unless you want to be sociable with them and they are happy to have a chat.
• Roommate’s mottos is are “make yourself at home and chill. “ “ Don’t worry be happy “.
• Shared bathroom, kitchen, dining area and lounge.
• Off road parking space to the rear of the property. Access to Asbury park to the rear.
• Washing machine available or the property is close to a Laundromat if you prefer. *Power, internet and Netflix included. *Vegetable patch /boxes in back yard if you like growing edibles. Help yourself.
  *Recreational park, gym and amenities nearby.
• Close to Caroline Bay. *The other two roomies are respectful, work and value their privacy. Both have lived with others before. One is a mature woman and the other is a young man. ( 19 years old). *They both have friends/ family visiting occasionally etc. There’s a sofa bed in the dinning area if needed for your friends and family.
• If you want the house to yourself that can be scheduled. The other roommate’s sometimes stay away overnight.
