Beautiful modern house that is warm all year round and sunny in every room, with amazing views of the harbour. On the edge of central Wellington and within walking distance to buses and central train station. Safe on street parking is available. Every day you will wake up to stunning views of the harbour that you can enjoy from the balcony off your bedroom There is a modern, spacious kitchen fully equipped that is fantastic to cook in.
Your bedroom is a really sunny double room with floor to ceiling windows and polished concrete floors (blinds included). Small balcony (can grow flowers/plants) with room to sit to enjoy sunrises and harbour views. The room can come furnished (comfortable double bed and wardrobe/storage unit etc.) Great bathroom and laundry facilities with the added bonus of a luxurious French bath.
About the roomies
Roisin is friendly and laid back. “We like to relax at home as our jobs are pretty demanding (health care). Looking for a flatmate who is relaxed and who enjoys a tidy home” Erika is chill and welcoming. “We do our own thing but enjoy getting together to watch movies or have a flat dinner occasionally. As it is a large house on 3 floors we can have our own space easily”. Omar is a non shedding small dog who loves people. He is friendly and loves to hang out with the humans.
