ROOM AVAILABLE TO RENT IN ROTORUA. We have a room available to rent in our house, located in Owhata, Rotorua! It is in a peaceful little spot, down a long driveway and backs onto farmland. Plenty of parking down the driveway. The house is warm, dry and tidy and has large living spaces. There is 1 large shared bathroom for the 3 bedrooms upstairs. My partner and I own the house and live in a separate house on the ground floor. We also have a pet Goat called Snoop-dogg who provides quality entertainment. The house is close to the Airport, Redwoods, the Lakes and a 12-15 minute drive to town centre. Rent is $212 + bills for single and $250 + bills for couple.
