I have a room available - power and internet included - end of July. Short walk to hospital or 4 mins walk to bus stop. Large window, built in wardrobe, 2x double plugs. Plenty of room in pantry for food with own shelf and shared fridge. Shared coffee machine available for coffee lovers! Shared kitchen utensils, cookware and crockery/cutlery. Shared bathroom/separate toilet.

You’ll be living with two males in their early 20s, one shift worker, and the other in study. We enjoy the odd drink or two but are usually keep quiet and to ourselves. We are clean and tidy, sorting cleaning between ourselves. I take care of the lawns myself. Mates are more than welcome to come and go whenever, there will often be times you’ll have the house to yourself.
