This is a modern home situated in a very quiet area. Close to Church Rd & Mission Estate Winery. Cycle paths are on the door step as is the bus stop taking you into Napier CBD or across to Hastings/Havelock. Parking is available for 1 extra vehicle only The room comes fully furnished.

• Double wardrobe with plenty of storage. The room is complete with all the linen too. You will have access to your own seperate bathroom. Ideally this would suit someone travelling from overseas and looking for a base short term or someone relocating to Hawkes Bay while finding their way around. Although short term of 1-3 months this could be extended for the right person. Viewing can be arranged.

I am a mature professional female working full time. I enjoy socialising & having friends over for dinner & a mid week glass of wine, but I also enjoy quiet times too. I enjoy cooking and happy to share a meal every now & then, however my meals are mainly vegetarian… I love to keep my home clean & tidy (so apart from keeping your own private space clean & tidy, & of course cleaning up after yourself in the kitchen. You won’t be asked to help with any of the housework ☺)
