I have rooms available for rent in a spacious and peaceful two-storey house, located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Pinehill, Albany — a fantastic and safe neighbourhood.

The house is beautiful, comfortable, and offers plenty of space for relaxed living. It is just a short walk to Woolworths and only 260 metres from the nearest bus stop. PAK’nSAVE, New World, and Westfield Albany are just a 3-minute drive away. The motorway is only 1 km away (approximately 2 minutes), and Massey University is just 4 minutes by car. A large front lawn adds to the attractive surroundings and pleasant outlook.

Room 1

We have a bedroom available downstairs. The room overlooks a wide open grassy area and comes furnished with a large built-in wardrobe, a king single bed, an extra-large study desk, and a swivel chair. However, you are welcome to bring your own furniture if preferred.

This room has its own independent access through the garden.

The room is spacious and airy, featuring two full-height floor-to-ceiling glass windows and a large sliding glass door, providing excellent natural light, openness, and ventilation. It comes furnished with white open shelving, a desk, a chair, and a king single bed. However, you are welcome to bring your own furniture if preferred.
