About the room

We live on a mini lifestyle property in Waiuku. The house is modern with good insulation and double‑glazed windows. The spare room has easy access to a separate bathroom and toilet via the hallway.

There’s plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the sun and garden, and the setting is peaceful and rural — ideal for someone who appreciates quiet living.

About the roomies

We are a mature couple with extensive international travel experience and a strong interest in cultures and cuisines (we don’t eat beef or pork).

We share our home with Jessie, our 5‑year‑old Border Collie X Huntaway X Kelpie. She’s friendly, energetic, and very much part of the household.

We enjoy a calm, tidy living environment and are looking for someone who is comfortable around dogs and appreciates a peaceful home.
