Located in Amberley in a new subdivision, sharing with a couple in our 30s in a new 3 bedroom home. We have 1 very friendly and clean cat who keeps to himself but is happy to have pats and plays.

You’ll have your own private bedroom with built in wardrobe - there are two to pick from but you’ll be the only other roommate (we are renting only 1 room out - whatever other room is free will need to be our office)

You will have your own bathroom and toilet (the main ones) as we can use the ensuite.

We work in finance/sales roles, one of us mostly working from a home office. Not a party house but always happy for a few drinks, BBQs on weekends, you can have visitors and live normally, there’s no hard or fast house rules with us, just a relaxing place you can comfortably call home and enjoy, knowing that we will respect your space and schedule ☺️

$250 per week, first week paid in advance (on move-in day) and no bond required
