Small compact two bedroom apartment where you will be renting one furnished bedroom that has a bed which is not quite a queen but bigger than a double, Duvet, Sheets, pillows. Wardrobe. Full length mirror and side table. TV can be provided if you can find somewhere to put it or even use the side table as bedroom is quite small.
Noise wise this street is very quiet at night even on the weekends with the odd normal noises from traffic. I am normally in my rom working with headphones on unless cooking etc so you will have plenty of your own space and I am very quiet.
The neighbours are very very quiet, I have one 8 year old fluffy cat who you probably wont see as she is always with me in my room snoozing. Cityfitness gym is right outside the door and Woolworths is 1 minute from here.
I a 37 years old, I work from home and keep to myself. Very chill, quiet and have a 8 year old cat Malin who you will probably never see as shes scared of every living soul haha.
