About the room
A furnished room in a newly built house located next to Lancaster Park, bordering the Christchurch CBD. It has 2 heat pumps, double glazed windows and full insulation. A washing machine and a dryer are available to do your laundry. House appliances are less than a year old. The house is very clean and tidy, exactly like the photos.
Weekly rent includes wifi, and reasonable use of electricity. The room includes a king single bed, bedside table, a table lamp, built-in wardrobe, a desk and a chair and a laundry basket. The desk can be changed to a computer table upon request.
The new flatmate will share a bathroom with just one flatmate.
About the roomies
We are a couple in our 30s, who value a peaceful, tidy, and respectful home. We’re generally quiet and reserved but enjoy conversations from time to time. It’s alcohol free and smoke free household. We’re considerate of shared spaces and share house chores to keep the house well organised. We’re looking for someone with a similar mindset who will contribute positively to a calm and comfortable living environment.
