1 room available in sunny 3 bedroom house in Spreydon. Close to Barrington Mall, Lincoln Road shops, and an easy commute into town. The bathroom and kitchen are newly renovated. The room has a built in wardrobe and can be fully furnished if required. House has a fire which keeps it cosy in winter and a nice sunny deck to enjoy in the summer. No pets sorry as sometimes I look after my parents dog (she’s hypoallergenic, have attached a pic) The driveway has enough space for you to park offstreet.

About the roomies

You would be living with me (the homeowner) I’m 32 and work in HR. I like to have a wine or two at the weekend and love festivals, snowboarding, Gym/Pilates, walks, brunches etc. Also love watching most things (trash tv, movies, sport)
