The room is newly renovated, and has great views over the garden. It is fully furnished with a super comfortable queen bed, all bedding and linen (if required), large wardrobe, drawers and desk. The house has 3 bathrooms, so there’s never a queue for the shower in the morning!

The house itself is super spacious with a retro vibe and offers plenty of areas to relax in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It has everything you need including a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a mezzanine floor off the lounge with a study, perfect for studying or working from home.

There is plenty of parking or there’s a bus stop across the road. It’s within walking distance to Uni, the hospital and town.

Rent includes Wi-Fi and the electricity is split between flatmates.

You’ll be sharing with a mix of young professionals and students who are all friendly and considerate and enjoy a shared meal, a games night or a movie night. It’s a quiet, peaceful environment. :)
