Looking for a flatmate to move into a furnished warm home in Glenleith, North Dunedin. Available end of August 2026. Private location with native Bush and birdsong.

The house is modern and fully insulated with double glazing and thermal blinds. two car parks. Fibre wifi. Basic Sky. 5 min walk to bus stop, Ross creek and the Pineapple track. 5 min drive to town. Excellent views on leafy Tanner road.

Large open plan kitchen/dining with pantry. Large fridge with filtered water dispenser. dishwasher, oven, microwave and air fryer. coffee machine, washer and dryer, tv/soundbar, heatpumps etc etc

Shared bills are internet and power. Internet is $45 a month and power approx $100 a month in summer and $175 each in winter.

Queen size bed available. You’re welcome to bring your own bed/bedding if you prefer. Ive got some pillows and sheets, blankets etc

I’m respectful of other people’s space and like living with people who are the same. I’m social and friendly, but I also appreciate quiet time and keeping the house a comfortable place to unwind. I’m loyal and straightforward — I get along well with people who are respectful and easy to communicate with. Ideally I’m looking for a relaxed household.
