The house is modern and fully insulated with double glazing. two car parks. Fibre wifi. Basic Sky. 5 min walk to bus stop, Ross creek and the Pineapple track. 5 min drive to town. Excellent views on leafy Tanner

Shared bills are internet and power. Internet is $90 a month and power approx $200 a month in summer and $350 in winter. So this would be divided by tenants. The rent includes the lawns and furnishings. Open to different arrangements regarding food.

Queen size bed available. Its comfortable but is not new. You’re welcome to bring your own bed if you prefer. Ive got some pillows and sheets, blankets etc

I’m social and friendly, but I also appreciate quiet time and keeping the house a comfortable place to unwind.
