It’s not a small or large room just medium , but it has everything you need everything provided,queen bed,clean sunny and cosy.shared facilities with homeowner only ..must like animals as I have a dog and cat,as long as you are respectful ,tidy and pay rent on time no parties life will be great.Im social as far as I like music,and respect your privacy but nice to overlap sometimes over a meal.oh forgot to mention I’m close to beach,cafes in port area walking to town a breeze just over hill or there a bus stop .I’ve put 6 months maximum stay but hey if with get on always open .
Just me myself and I and my 2 fur babies live here ,I’m a youngish 68 active working woman my last roomie just moved to her own house after 9 months, NEW UPDATE.. I have since had 2 other fantastic roomies who are now returning back overseas after working out their short term visas ..
